I do not understand what is wrong in my loadout screen.
Engine, life Support, weapons, ammunition, everything looks like its loaded.
Cannot play my mech.

heat sinks comes to mind. any engine under 250 has less then 10 heat sinks. must have 10 heat sinks to launch.

Yes, they have to be with the same mech.
You need a minimum of 10 heatsinks to run the mech. If you have a 225 to 245, you need 1.
200 to 220, you need 2.
175 to 195, you need 3.
It keeps going.
