I did a few more tests and noticed that frame rates dipped a big deal when I face my mech to other mechs; both friendly or hostile.
Frame rates return to normal 40 to 60 once I face an area with no or little mechs in the same map and battle.
I tested this observation in at least 50 battles and the results are the same. I am using default settings in every battle.
In other words, frame rates will crash somehow when you face other players. This means that the low frame rates may not be just lousy system specs.
It has got to be linked to the ping times of other players in battle as well.

Just wondering if the lag is worse if there are bad ping players in a game?
So far, I cannot determine if bad pings makes a difference. Frame rates suffer if there are more players is sort of what I am trying to point out.

Frame rates also will drop depending on how many Meshes are in your view. That is why you get a drop when facing a battle compared to looking away.
