Most of the rewards are very simple and straight forward, but then I have come to the Coffee Cup.
"1 cup per package purchased" Does that mean we receive 1(one) cup with the Legendary Overlord badge (something that Still has not been handed out after the Phoenix Package) or you will receive 2(two) cups, 1(one) per package you have previously purchased. 1 for the founders 1 for the pheonix?

The lack of clarification is having potential customers second guess whether or not they want to buy the package. I too was under the impression that Phoenix buys would receive an in game badge like the founder where they could be instantly recognized like the founders. It would seem if you are handing out 2 cups, one for the each of the previous packages you are going back on your word for the in game phoenix badge.

If this issue could be cleared up, what would be superb.(coffee cup)

Phoenix badges should be in on the Feb 4th patch; they needed to wait until UI 2.0.

my question is if i have bought a Package today does that mean i get every stage of the Loyality Update because of the 30st Januar is before all the upcomming dates?

You did not purchase a Founder package but you did purchase a Phoenix Overlord package. That means you get one coffee cup with a Phoenix Overlord logo on it.

Somebody who bought Elite Founder and Phoenix Talon will get two cups, one with each logo on it.

And yes, the Phoenix in-game badge needed to have UI2.0 for full functionality. We will get them with the next patch or two. IIRC, you'll be able to display either the Founder badge (assuming you have one) or the Phoenix badge.

You bought before any of the cutoff dates, so yes you will get all of the monthly rewards.

Uhhh...

If you purchase today, it's February 5th. That's before February 28th. That's before March 31st. That's before April 30th. That's before May 31st. And that's before June 16th.

That means you get ALL of the monthly rewards.

There is no need for official confirmation.

You would also get a coffee cup with the Overlord logo on it.

You're kidding right?

Look at the Clan page. Mouse over the Loyalty Reward. See the phrase "Cockpit Item: Coffee Cup" in green letters.

If you are...
Neither Founder nor Phoenix: You get no coffee cup cockpit items.
Founder but not Phoenix: You get one coffee cup cockpit item. It will have your Founder logo.
Phoenix but not Founder: You get one coffee cup cockpit item. It will have your Phoenix logo.
Founder and Phoenix: You get two coffee cup cockpit items. One will have your Founder logo, the other will have your Phoenix logo.

Note that you can only get the rewards if you purchase some form of Clan pack.

It is a reward for customer loyalty. If you have consistently paid to play the game then they are rewarding your business with a small trinket. It isn't a major game changing thing if you missed out on it. It is a small thank you for continuing to support the game. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

if you are basing your purchase on how many coffee cups you get then something is seriously wrong with you. its just a coffee cup graphic that only you will ever see.

on that note when do I get my loyalty point bonus?

I had no money back in Close Beta and I bought Phoenix+Saber and I will probably buy whole Clan pack(we can re-distribute armor->no more 4t armor on 35t mech YEY!!!) means I am not loyal enough?Kinda disappointing...

And I have to buy smthing each month to get all rewards?

If you are referring to the month rewards, no.
If you buy the cheapest package (uller) you get ALL the monthly rewards instantly (if done before 28th February). I believe is something similar to the early bird campaign for the Phoenix Package.
