I've been thinking about the 3/3/3/3 scale and I think that 3/4/3/2 matching would be better and adhere to lore better. Mediums were dominant on the battlefield while assaults were pretty rare and this will also stimulate the idea that assaults are scary. The Atlas will be able to do its role of area denial if its only one of a handful of assault mechs.
