Triple AC/2 ruins anyones day, the 4 medium laser gives that 20 punch to melt the armor fast. Core a mech in 5 seconds or less.
If your aim is slightly less true you can just melt the compontents off your enemy, I have enough ammo to allow for this. Some enemies have great fighting skills in damage mitigation, so I just remove what they are nice enough to display!

Hands down my most damaging mech, with lots of armor and great speed. Well rounded. I can reccomend!

That is why I avoided purchasing that mech, blackjack as well. Too much glass cannon for my playstyle.

Seriously, if you continuously get focused you might want to fix something in your play style. Like don't wander around in open places, don't peek twice in the exact same spot.
Do try to get into a position in which the enemy doesn't notice you're even there before it's too late for them, or at least wait until there are others from your team with you in the attack so that you're not the only target to focus on.
And twist your torso, it's much harder to shoot off your torso if you don't keep it straight towards the shooter. If your left shoulder has taken hits, twist your right shoulder towards the enemy between your own shots.
Learn to press R and check if there are weakened parts on the enemy mech. This is crucial if you intend to go face to face with an opponent and kill him faster than he kills you.
Jager is one of the easiest mechs to play in the game, because it's very mobile, has great hardpoints for loads of firepower, has decent armor (do move most of the armor to the front side if you already haven't), and the arms are positioned high, making it very easy to peek over ridges so that you can get the shot without revealing most of your mech to the enemy at all.
The easiest way to avoid getting killed is to make sure you're not outnumbered. Stick with the team. Lights are pretty much the only mechs that have any chance of survival while running around solo, and even they are instantly dead if they make 1 bad enough mistake.
And sometimes you just get bad games. Then you try again.

Ok ill try to twist torso but if i turn like right side to them they will still hit the R torso ( which cant take much hits like the L )
I always press R
Yes i have most of armor in the front ( torso 74 , L + R = 50 etc.. max all ) right now im using 3x UAC5 and AMS ( btw what is so good on Ultra AC5 ? What is the difference..) I have 240 ammo which is sometimes not enough.. and i use XL 280 but i need the AMS for the damm LRMs

Ok ill try to more stick with team which is my biggest problem i guess

Mby i should try also Brawler and switch roles like playing Sniper then a bit brawler etc..

I run mine with:
STD 325 Engine
2 x Large Laser
2 x Ultra AC5
3 x Artemis SRM 4
4 tons AC ammo
2 tons SRM ammo
Endo Steel internals
Max armour
1-2 heatsinks in engine slot (forget how many)
Ammo goes in head and legs. 1 ton SRM ammo in the side torso (make sure you fire those launchers to get rid of it fast, shouldnt be a problem, some may prefer it in the arms but I lose those first thanks to.torso twisting)

good weapons to do this would be streaks/ AC 2's/Lb 10x however srm's are a different story

any more then 1 AC also works well on most mechs (ac 20 still good tho )

Most Jagermechs with mixed ac2's and ac5s can toss up murderous damage if you are allowed to fire. 3 Ua5's with about 210 rounds with some backup lasers and flank+ spank your way to outrageous damage/kills if you are lucky, or they ignore you.
Pretty much anything that can mount multiple ballistics (3 is a sweet spot, almost always 2 ac2s and 1 ac5 personally) with a decent amount of ammo, and backup weapons (a few mediums) in case you run dry can put up some really good numbers.

I'm curious about this build, because I can't mount those weapons with adequate cooling and a standard engine.

I honestly dont want to share...I usually see other battlemaster's using the same setup with XL's or Triple Ac2's and running hot....I dont see too many D's running mine, and want to keep it that way...lol
