IMO, there is a good chance that the Black Knight (along with the Hussar, Wyvern, King Crab, and possibly the Champion) might be held off in favor of a possible "Clanbuster Pack" to commemorate some sort of "Battle of Tukayyid" event.
I doubt that PGI would skip the opportunity to put forward another 'Mech pack for sale, especially with regard to the popularity of both the Black Knight and the King Crab (the two heaviest 'Mech with Clanbuster variants... which would correspond to the two highest - and most expensive - tiers of the package, if they structure it similarly to Project Phoenix & the Founders' Pack).

That would leave the remaining Heavies as the Grasshopper (70t), the Guillotine (70t), the Lancelot (60t), and possibly the 60-ton Champion (if it's not thrown into a package with the other 'Mechs having Clanbuster variants).
With there being two 60-tonners & three 65-tonners already in-game (versus one each at 70 & 75 tons), I would suspect that the Grasshopper or Guillotine are more likely than the Lancelot and/or Champion to be the next Heavy 'Mech... with the Grasshopper, IMO, being the more likely due to its traditional humanoid design (which makes it quicker & easier to build the in-game model by recycling parts from the other traditionally-humanoid 'Mechs).

The Caesar IS a Cataphract, there's really not much difference. If they came out with the Caesar as a Davion hero version of the Cataphract that might be ok, but it woudl be an utter waste of time for it to fill a full mech slot.

So theres a plot hole in the game due to a legal problem great it didnt bother me before I know but now it sorta does. Think about it Mad Cat might aswell be called Cat because the Mad is from Marauder and the Cat is Catapult.

But they said they were not going to mess with the unseen "for now" if heard him correctly which means its a possibility to do so just not now probably going to be the last thing on the list to try.

Clint, Assassin, and Vindicator seem likely in that case.

I still say Grasshopper and I'd be first in line for one. Don't think we'll see the Black Knight as cool as it is: just not enough variety.

well we got the firestarter, and the banshee so its either going to be a heavy or a medium

that leaves pretty much 3 choices

and if its the Vindicator that will be the second medium i will buy simply because the vinny is the first mech in my characters lore that he pilots.

don't care about the grasshopper since there are enough human looking mechs

The legal issues are image related not name.. So it comes to we can pretty much speak about them or call them as much as we wish, but asap any image appears on something official (non fanmade) related to BT or MW means HG will send it lawyers to sue.
