I would like to see a future tournament where you have to drop in a group (maybe make it a mandatory assault/hvy/med/light lance) and rewards teamwork (kill assists are just as important as the kill shot),
Hear, hear about the inclusion of group players. I was very disappointed that group players were left out of this tourney, considering that I only play with a team.
In any case, congratulations to all of the winners, for sure.
-Jon (feels like PGI is shunning the group guys)

It's so sad! I was busy this weekend, and i have only drop eleven matches in my SHD and four matches in my KTO...
Congratulations to all the winners, that was fun, and it was a very good idea, PGI! =)
Next time, i will invest more in the competition... He he he...

I agree it would be nice to have some added bonus like a gold skin or medal but the flip side I may become more of a target which could still be a good thing

Suggestion: I think extended lists should be made available - top 100, for example - or a page where you can point out publicly what spot did you reach in that specific tournament.

Lights: 2480 with 31 points
Heavy: 3332 with 61 points
Assault: 2183 with 284 points (must have dropped twice)
Blackjack: 790 with 50 points
Cicada: 1025 with 86 points
Hunchback: 1349 with 56 points
Trebuchet: 404 with 60 points
I'm too nice to go in and commit suicide to get a 10 point minimum and really get the count.
Wow, thanks for the info. I guess I can feel a little better about my 62nd place finish in the heavy catagory.

Yes, that would be interesting! I'd like to know what percentile my hard earned 320th place in assaults would put me in!

That's one of the reasons it would be nice if PGI shared some of the stats. Are Hunchbacks big with certain time zones, average number of matches played be mech type and/or variant and so on.
Did 1000 people drop 1 time each in a hunchback so you never saw them?

And to anyone who broke the top 100 for that matter. Sheesh. You guys don't half-ass things, do you?
Thanks, from the 80th Blackjack and 95th Hunchback. ^__^
Also, congrats to Water Bear, who I beat up in my BJ-1 after using up all my LB-X ammo. Figured you'd do well, you're a hard fight in that CDA.

yeah it kinda helps put things in perspective if you had some sort of grand total to go by. ok you broke the top 100 so you did good right? well if you dropped in trebs with only 400 people then you're barely in the top quarter. do that in hunchies and you're in the top 10% based on the numbers posted earlier. do that in the general assault/heavy/light category and you might be inside the top 5%.
on the other hand they may not want to put up numbers so people won't say "see? only X players in the game. it's dying!"

Thanks for posting on all those categories! It would be nice if PGI gave a total player count so that we can make sense of how we placed overall. I placed 26th in Hunches, but that 26th isn't particularly meaningful if only fifty people entered; know what I mean?
At least now I know a minimum number of people in my category.
Better luck next time Anonymous, and I will see you in game!

Yeah since many of us won't win prizes we can at least see where ranked overall. If not, I doubt I'll participate next time. Give us something (tourney badge?, top 100 top 200 color badge etc....)
