So how come that after one whole month the targeting bug is still not fixed and there is no mention about it? The letter designation for each mech keep changing during the match and it is so hard to call mechs.

An explanation from PGI would be nice!

Two separate patches since the bug started...

This is VERY annoying to anyone trying to coordinate. Watching the letters change AS YOU CALL IT is very frustrating.

Please, Please PGI fix this, it was working fine and now you can get 3 or 4 letters assigned to a mech and not only that you can't hit them with 'cos you can't target them!

This is vital for those of us who take competitive play seriously!

they kept saying they fixed it (from the UAV thing) but it never really get fixed....

Yes, I don't believe it is necessarily tied to UAV or turrets, the two things I have heard it blamed on. It toggles through even in our Conquest matches with no UAV up, at least on our side. If a UAV on the other team can trigger our letters to change... well maybe that could be useful... hmm.
