I am not interested in searching for another topic on the same issue. There are many - full of suggestions that resolve nothing, then strangely go silent.

This is an ongoing issue - last patch and this patch.

Game doesn't uninstall correctly making rectifying this issue time consuming.

Support ticket has been logged - quite simply support has confirmed that they are unable to reproduce this error.

Things attempted...

-updated .NET
-updated C++
-updated DirectX (yes I am on Win7 and already knew this was necessary)
-ran repair tool (same message "servers offline"
-cleaned up registry with CCleaner and rebooted
-reset DNS to Google
-cleared Internet browser cache (I'd love this one explained)
-contacted support
- submitted DxDiag/OmiCron/PatcherLogs/system config/pingplot/traceroute
