Its idiotic that game is hammering you for beeing above average and is trying to enforce to to play some more when you are not doing well. Same issue was about world of tanks and they lost thousands of custommers (players) that were disgusted by the matchmaker.
- There should be two game modes: casual and ranked.
- ELO rating should be visible.
- Casual game mode should choose teams at random without cosidering ELO
- Ranked game should be ELO based only!

So if someone wants to improve and play more competitive he can play ranked games. If not - just have fun on casual.
