Yes I am guilty.

I have filled these forums with flames.

But truth is I am having fun.

I have a lot of issues with the state of things. BUT

The stompy first person feel of the game, and the graphics, I honestly love. (if you think the graphics are bad, realize I'm from the 8 bit gen, so it's my opinion.)

The artwork is great......

I think the rest sucks, but can all be fixed.

As much as I hate on PGI, I think the worst case scenario, is failure.

To new players, I would say, don't spend a ton, unless you are wealthy, but just play the game.

It has a million miles of potential.

p.s. I have been drinking, so this post may be awkward, it's just my honest opinion, not very well written, lol.

Peace.

Oh and once again I LOVE the HPG moon map.

It alone kinda renewed my interest in the game!

yeah, negativity can get the best of us. Im guilty of this too. Just need to remind myself to take a step back its just a game and take it for what it is.
Its not all PGIs fault. I think IGP has allot to do with it too.

Cheers mate, dont get too drunk, we are too old for that sh*t :)

LOLOL ... I love this post!

I am an eternal optimist, so when I read this, what it says to me is ...

Quote

oh, yeah!!! I love this game!! I may be a whiner, but that's part of the fun ;)

As long as some piece of you remembers you love the game, criticism is good too. There are lots who don't complain, but may feel the same. Myself, I think PGI is doing a great job, and love that they are continuing to work on it. Anytime a company is willing to roll out a product and continue to work on it rather than see the flaws and decide to start over from scratch, we're in a good place. Do deadlines get pushed back?? yeah, so what. Not sure about the rest of you, but that is the overall story of my life ... lol.

I have about a dozen major things I'd like to accomplish just around my own house that realistically will be at least another 2-5 years before they're even underway. And ... I consider my house a top priority. You can say -- mare -- that's a crappy analogy because this is a business ..... and I will say it is the same no matter what the list is for. There are always more things to do than time and ability to accomplish them. When we finish our to-do list, we are done doing. No thanks! Keep up the good work PGI and Robot Legs and everyone else will continue to appreciate you!

also ... too bad you have to be drinking to feel appreciation for something you obviously love. Practice the love, buddy, you'll be happier.

see you in-game ... I'll attempt to kill you ... lolol

Criticism is good. "PGI sucks" is not constructive criticism though. I agree with you guys though. I love it when some forumite flails and wails and says things like "this weapon is useless" or "I'm a low elo player fighting against high elo" then someone comes along and posts factual data that shows those "elite elo palyers" weren't quite as elite as they thought.

Meh don't get mad (get glad[sorry had to say it]) at yourself just because you have made some negative comments in the past.
Lets face it we all get mad sometimes in,fact my first forum thread was a QQ thread.
