Mech Xp Stuck

Since the last patch I have a problem with my mech TDR-5S (P). The XP level is stuck at exactly 3111 XP. New XP are no longer counted. What is going wrong here?

The repair tool didn't helped at all.

Have you also submitted a support ticket on this?

Ticket was submitted yesterday. No answer ....well, I have to wait for it...
