When or if community warfare comes out, what if something like this happened. It might make the lore enthusiasts happy.
So if you join a house, any mechs or weapons they are known for in lore are cheaper, or have some bonus. If they are made by a different house they cost more.
Lone wolves and mercenaries have average/ normal prices.
This makes it so people that want to kind of get into the lore can, and those who don't aren't affected.
This is all reliant on community warfare though.
