As a founder I've been playing the game since development and I can say since the last few updates the whole game has gone downhill with issues.

Just downloaded and reinstalled the game because the last couple of days all I get is:
unknown error and then returns to the log in screen, this is on top of the freezing within the game .

Never has these problems until so-called 2.0! 2.0 crap is what it's been.

Developers have got to di better if they want me to part with anymore cash for MC's and the issues are sorted will not pay out.

What does that have to do with UI2.0? Or gameplay balance?

I'd suggest running the repair tool and sticking with DX9 for now unless you have a really good gaming rig. If that doesn't work send in a support ticket. It's not UI that is causing your crash
