First, let me say that I am new to the game and have been playing for about 3 weeks.
I have several issues that I need help with.
1. I cannot seem anyway to add friends. Is this done in game? I cannot find a friends list anywhere.
2. Premium Time: Where do you purchase this? I cannot find it. I can purchase MC and purchase mechs, Have not located the magic Premium Time. Was it removed? You would think the developers would love to sell more of this and make it very easy to find.
3. My game crashes often. Normally when I tab between monitors. I have a dual screen setup and sometimes when I tab over, the game gets stuck at CONNECTING, about 20% of the time, the game just stops responding and I get the Microsoft option to end the task. Is there a patch or something? Cannot find anything on this.

Welcome!
1. On the bottom mid-right of the main screen there will be a small icon with a person's silhouette, this is the social tab. Open that and on the bottom of the window it will display a button that says 'Add Friend'. If you know their username you just type it in there, send, and they can accept it.
2. On the top right of the main screen is a 'Store' button, go there and on the left side will be a list of tabs. Go to the one named 'Boosters' and you can buy the premium time from there.
3. Unfortunately I don't know much to be able to help you here, but I'm sure there are plenty of others who can help you.

For #3: try running the game in Full Windowed mode instead of standard Fullscreen

For three, multiple monitors can always cause problems, but always try the repair tool
