Well, not necessarily. Just some posted observations:

I noticed that Microsoft is doing their part to promote Bing by giving users the ability to build up points and offering gift card rewards to certain sites. Of these, I noticed two that may help in providing money for MC.

1) $5 Gamestop cards - If you rake in 525 points, you can get one of these cards to use at a local Gamestop. If you become a gold member to bing, you can reduce this to 475. Accrue these cards to get a $10 or $20 Ultimate Game Card, and apply funds to your account for MC. The only problem I've had with my local Gamestop is they charge tax. Also, unfortunately Gamestop doesn't seem to allow you to get Ultimate Game Cards online, yet.

2) Convoluted path - Establish a swagbucks account through bing for points, accrue bing points to get a $5 point card for swagbucks, then get a $5 Walmart gift card to get those Ultimate Game Cards. Walmart doesn't seem to charge tax for these cards. This is a roundabout way of getting funds, so ymmv.

Some notes about Bing: Points are accrued every day through searches. Usually it's two or three searches for one point. There is usually a limit of 15 to 30 points via searches a day (This translates to one card every 35 to 17.5 days (less if you achieve gold status)). The best way to complete a day's worth of searches is to choose a search topic. After the results come up, click on the "Related searches" items on the right hand column and click on the links that pop up.

Is it fast and easy? Well, not necessarily. Do they accrue to free MC? Sure. Just thought I'd share.
