I believe my game play experience would be much better if lone-ranger types were not put with team players.

I don't care how well you shoot, I care about if you play team.

If you see your self as gods gift to MWO and don't need the rest of us, you should not be on my team.

I am sure you can highlight team awards to start a pair of buckets for weather you play well with others.

How do you think the ranking system works? From what we know it's an Elo system based on your team's performance. The only deciding factor is whether or not you win. If you are not a team player, your team is not going to do well, and your ranking is not going to do well, and you are going to get paired with other bad players.

They have plans to revise the Elo system so that it's not just based on the 1-dimensional win/loss dynamic.

A player's other stats will be taken into account when assessing player skill in the future...sometime after the new launch module is released.
