Its not an easy job, in fact the only time people contact you is when something goes wrong and they have the shits. But without you guys the community grinds to a halt. You dont get the glamour of being on Dev Blogs showing off art and discussing the vision of the game, but your the engine room the link between the paying public and the business.
I can only thank you for the fast and efficient way you dealt with my issue, and commend you on your professional nature. Thanks also for being able to see the world through a gamers eyes and understand.

I have luckily never needed the GM that I remember, but respect to the GMs for all the crud they go through.

GM Reppu was a total boss and very helpful for me. These guys do great work.

Needs to be said more often. They are the unsung heroes of any online video game.
If I was more outgoing, I'd probably want to give them a "three cheers" routine...
