All these pics of mechs & still no ToB footage.
Not to steal their show, but the the German Wolves of Gamma Galaxy will be hosting a Trial of Bloodright soon.. I hear it will have 32 partecipants , and a few warriors from CWI, including myself, will be there. I will see if we will be able to share some holovids
P.S. JC is not the only one waiting for that footage Khan

heh, i was only a participant in the grand melee. Pariah and whoever else are your people to bug.
This is good maybe we can watch your trials and maybe see if we can improve or fix some things.
First Trial of Bloodright undertaken by Clan Nova Cat Alpha Galaxy in Mechwarrior Online. The Grand Melee was excluded from the video footage, however bardlord secured his spot through it. Randomization of opponents followed, further randomized by coinflips for hunter vs hunted. Overall, it went remarkably smooth for a first ever run of it for our Clan.
Congratulations go to Torchfire for succeeding and obtaining the bloodname of Katayama.

Due to internal issues, Clan Nova Cat International is undergoing a restructuring. Some of it is a long time coming. As such, for the moment, we are not recruiting at this time. It would not be fair to new members to enter our Clan while we are sorting our issues out. More info is forthcoming, but we are not going anywhere if we can help it.
What I can say is that many of these changes were a long time coming, and as a result of the internal issues there was a parting of ways between core, senior members in the Clan. The split was not done out of maliciousness, and there is no ill will between us and those who have left. They leave us as friends, and I wish them luck in their new endeavour.

All Clans and Units seem to have their issues eventually, and I certainly did not think we would be immune to it forever. I expect to be losing quite a few members in the next couple days between the shock of the current events and the release and roll out of the changes to be implemented. Considering the breadth of the changes, more members of CNCI will be leaving post activation. However, if it means the people who are left are active, willing to interact with one another, actually be a team, and have some god damned pride in themselves and what the Clan stands for, then it is the healthy choice, because what has been slowly rotting away at our foundation has been a sense of apathy that, I feel, is a matter of motivation and people being fed up with those without any.
One upshot is it is a chance to remedy issues in such a way to avoid them ever coming back again. Another is that with such a dramatically reduced command structure the necessary actions can be carried out a lot faster and in a more impactful way - though I do still want some sort of council system or, at the least, a more appropriate diffusion of command rights and privileges across command ranks.
Unfortunately for my sanity, and absolutely not to my wishes, the current Keshik right now is essentially Oathmaster FlareHeart and myself. Having said that, at least that means some brakes can be lifted on some longstanding changes I've wanted to do but have been held up due to inefficiencies in the command level and the concerns around the effect these changes would have on the rest of the Clan's player base as a whole.
In the mean time, the website is still up, our teamspeak is still humming along, and the same core ideal of trying to be a positive force in the community is going to be maintained.
So, yeah. To lighten the mood, here is some Surmageddon action from a Saturday:
