I've been grinding mine for about a couple of weeks. The 6R and 7K perform fairly well as SRM platforms, somewhere between Hunchback 4SP and Centurions plus jumpjets. The 6K has no jumpjets, but the bundle of energy weapons on its arm plus a large XL engine make for a good flanker.
It's not as exciting as a Shadowhawk or ballistic platform, but it's fast and can be an annoying little sucker.

I like it more than my shadows.. for some reason the shadows feel stiff. Sure I do pretty good damage but there is something about the compact, fast, relatively tough Wolverine that I really like.

Though I love every single one of my Wolverines, I double that. The 6R is really awesome (note: not Awesome, just awesome!). Those Wolverines are fast, have an amazing torso twist speed and jaw. Can be extremly effective light hunters and harassers and can take on prey of every weight class. I like them more than the Shawks, cos they feel more nimble. But you should really protect that right arm.
