Why is it that I can't post in most of the topics, even ones that I've posted in before albeit quite awhile ago? Couldn't even post in the "FAQ'S" thread in the "New Player" help section. Seems counter productive, no?

You need to get out of Recruit status by playing through your Cadet Bonus (now even in your Achievements tab with new patch!) Then you have unlimited posting and forum usage, this is created to limit spam users and such.
