It's usually the guy who can see what's going on, and where it's going wrong coupled with a distinct lack of patience with other people, combined with said people's refusal to listen/and/or act when spoken to nicely:)
In this game quite often the team IS at fault-usually through being excessively passive.
I've been "that" guy and am "that" guy sadly.

I don't threaten or swear at anyone-but I will have a pop if I think I need to. Sometimes people have called me a twit (or worse) but I've taken it on the chin and learned from what they have said. Not all the time they have a point but sometimes they do, and sometimes a harsh word is needed...and sometimes appreciated.

There is a world of difference between complaining - and helping and guiding
If all the guy is doing is complaining - then he is not helping.
He is distracting
He is demoralizing
He is hurting his team

If he is offering guidance - making USE of that extra knowledge - then he is not complaining, is he?

If all you are doing is spouting negativity (IE: complaining) then you are not helping.
There are ways to say someone is failing without complaining or dragging them down

Every team I've been on tonight in the conquest challenge has started out doing well..jump out to an early resource lead...then completely collapses as they decide to turn it into deathmatch..of course not team deathmatch, but solo v 12 deathmatch....

I was birddogged earlier this week because a guy didn't like how I was playing my spider. I always enjoy people who are hurr durr, you're not playing how I want you to play, so I'm gonna screw up your game.

Screen shot it if you can.

Send an e-mail to support@mwomercs.com with the date the match ended (day/month/year, hour, timezone), the name of the offending player, and which map it was on. They should hopefully take some measures.

I did, but I realized I left a few choice words for the guy and I don't want to possibly get into trouble for them as well.
