Except, that VERY often isn't true.
It's usually the guy who can see what's going on, and where it's going wrong coupled with a distinct lack of patience with other people, combined with said people's refusal to listen/and/or act when spoken to nicely:)
In this game quite often the team IS at fault-usually through being excessively passive.
I've been "that" guy and am "that" guy sadly.
I don't threaten or swear at anyone-but I will have a pop if I think I need to. Sometimes people have called me a twit (or worse) but I've taken it on the chin and learned from what they have said. Not all the time they have a point but sometimes they do, and sometimes a harsh word is needed...and sometimes appreciated.
