Nothing really. It makes them usefull now. Glad to be able to hit something @600 Meters.
1000 Meter targets still have a good amount of time to take cover.

Light mechs have it harder now of course.... They can be hit if they stay in the open . So what?
They still can run into cover much faster. Because of the size they also can use more cover.

Buff isnt so bad.
