Now that LRMs have been buffed and are seeing a lot of use (no problem for me, I quite like running LRM stalkers, and Awesome 9R, and that Battlemaster 1S etc), I would like to suggest that it's about time to introduce 1 or 2 new ecm capable mechs.
Couple of reasons for this:
1) Many, many mechs have been introduced since the last ECM mech was added, the handful that can run it are in a tiny minority.
2) Would be useful to add it to the medium space to give that weight class more viability, and with the 3/3/3/3 thing coming in, doing this is one of the few ways in which to keep the incoming horrendous queue times down a bit.
3) Why not?

I have an old list from a thread I haven't updated in forever.
Too be honest, I still think current ecm/targeting is silly as hell and they should reprogram it, but I digress!
I imagine this is why they have not added ECM to anything else - I honestly don't see them adding ECM to other Mechs, unless some canon Mech has. They have avoided that a couple times now (the griffin for instance has an early SLDF ecm variant).
Anyways, here it is: [link]
