This was essentially a double-buff to LRMs and it might not have been the best idea to roll these out on the same patch. In my opinion, you should have done one or the other, studied the results, and then made a decision about implementing the other based on those statistics.
On to the NARC: leave it alone, it's great and now worth it's tonnage. For those complaining it's too "shoot and scoot", you're still taking a risk putting your neck out there to get a good shot in. Not to mention the fact that NARCing a non-ECM mech in an ECM bubble is worthless.
But I personally have enjoyed running into the middle of the mosh and sticking one of these puppies on every ECM-toting mech
