Always the third. Always. Master those bad boys.

I'd go for the third Highlander personally as that would allow you to unlock the double efficiencies and master slots. Don't know which one to recommend though.

I'd go with the third HGN, at least for now. Once you unlock the higher skill tiers you can sell it if you need the mech bay badly enough.
As for which, the 732 isn't different enough from the HM to be worth it. That leaves the 733 or the 733P. In my experience, the 733 is better. Slap in endo steel and a 300 standard, BAP, 4 Streak packs, a pair of LLs, an AC10 or Gauss, some jets, maybe an extra double sink or two, and armor it up. You should do fine.

Highlander > every other assault
It is still the best mech in the game

^"best"
Ya I would master the Highlander first, but then go for the banshees. My banshees are far superior to any of my highlanders, brawling / range.

I have the HM, 733C, 732. yea get your 3rd Highlander. its a good mech, don't like facing off against one regardless of what I'm piloting. one of the best assaults in the game imho!

Those are the three I have. If you don't like gauss, the 732 is pretty underwhelming. If I were buying a third today,
I'd probably try out a 733 Lurmlander.
EDIT: Full disclosure: it's not my favorite or best chassis by any means. I get why it's so formidable, but I don't love it. Amsro is far more invested in it.

Yeah I prefer the Splatlander, but perhaps the LOLRMlander could be fun this week.
