So, I've just noticed that a couple of days ago, I accidentally permanently unlocked a camo pattern for my Griffins, instead of buying a single use pattern. While I suspect that such in-game purchases are non-refundable and I'll just have to live with losing that MC, I thought it'd be safer to ask first, just in case. Does anyone have any reliable info concerning this?

You can generally collect one "oops" refund from Support. It certainly would not hurt to ask and they certainly are capable of reversing such a purchase afaik, but of course then you may be hampering yourself if you make a similar but more expensive error in the future. The error seems to be 100% yours so you would have no ground to argue, but they may be willing to accept a polite request.

Support has been very good to me in the past. Email them. State your case. I will say if you have used it for a while, they may not be so lenient. My own example: I used my Protector too long when I told them I hated it. No refund. I accidentally purchased a module for MC. Didn't use it. Asked them right away. They refunded the next day, stating no more "oopses". Hope this helps.
