As you may or may not see I was a legendary founder, but dont got any items =X

So did I miss out on a limited redeemable window, or is there something I must do, or did I just not get it?

I know its a vanity item, but I still wants it if I'm supposed otget it XD

What item are you talking about? The only item I can think of is the coffee mug from the clan packages. {LT-MOB-25} pit items weren't even in the game until after closed beta I think.

If you haven't already check the Short Question...thread.

In short, make sure it isn't already in mech since you don't see it in the mechlab before opening a ticket.

The Founder packs did not include a cockpit item. They have an in-game badge, though, which one can toggle on/off in the Option menu. (Badges appear next to your name in the player list during a match)

If you refer to the clan pack coffee mug, The coffee mug with "your package level" does not have an injection date listed (unlike the Kerensky hologram, etc) so the coffee mugs probably don't arrive until the June delivery date.
