With the engine issues, odds were low.

The new IS pack.
Rushed out so people can stop moaning they don't want to buy a clan pack or spend more than $80 to get a free King Crab and Atlas.
Don't know if want tbh...
But hey, we should be getting the Urbie this year, now they know.

With the equation they use for the Engines (from memory, I cba to go look right now), I believe the range was something like 60 to 95 it could use.
So with a changeable engine, you either:
Have it as 60 and 100, meaning certain other mechs would likely be able to take the 60 (Locust, Commando especially should be able to, maybe a few others where the equation works lower than 100 minimum).
Have it as 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 engines (again, this would likely give access to a few other mechs).
This method would possibly want XL versions too.
This raises problems, as the STD60 in MWOs system would weigh roughly -1.5 tons.
Yes it'll require 8 external Heatsinks (for a total weight of 6.5T), possibly -2T for an XL version.
The STD 65-95 would be the same sort of wierd way.
BUT, if you make the Urbie have a Fixed STD60 Engine + 8 Heatsinks for 9.5 Tons base. (Apply Endo to make it 8T base).

A lot.
Nice and easy.
Do that.
It'd make this chart:
'External Slots Required' and the first 'Tons' is removed.

If they add the 10 base heatsinks as dynamic slots, these weights should be correct (and then they can move the 3 tons for the cockpit back into the base weight of the 'mech).

It's just the weight of the engine plus the weight of the min heatsinks required.
An MWO STD100 weighs 1 Ton, requiring an additional 6 Heat Sinks for a total of 7 Tons for a STD100 engine.

Which is where the problem comes from.
However, not having to manually place the external Heat Sinks, plus having a set number of total slots + weight for an engine would be fantastic.
Make a suggestions thread, link it and you'll have my support!

Besides, I'm pretty sure that we don't need ANOTHER "Please make the Urbanmech" thread
