I propose these quirks for the Urbie:

+50% cooldown Ballistics
+25% range Ballistics
+25% velocity Ballistics
-25% heat Ballistics
+25% cooldown Energy
-25% heat Energy
+10 Armor everywhere
+10 Structure everywhere
Whenever you ask for the Urbie to be nerfed or say it's OP it shall gain 1% to all quirks >0 and -1% to all quirks <0
Whenever you say something bad about the Urbie it shall also receive such buffs
