So... With the Resistance bonus stuff coming out of the woodwork... Maybe people who buy top tier Origins, and have Top Tier Urbanmech get a free Urbanmech IIC :D

Hello,

I figure the main reason the Urbanmech isn't released for MC or CBills is because they are so darn cheap...

So can't we get a tax? Maybe release the Urbie for three times the normal CBill an MC price?

P.S.
+1 for the Urbie IIC

even though I love my urbie, they are not fully elited yet. So one time I was looking at what mechs I want to elite/ master next as Ihave a few at basic levels+, so I clciked and collapsed some areas besides urbanmech... for some reason after I collapsed it after expanding it it kept expanding every time I go back to the skill tree menu, after it happening over a couple dozen times I took the urbster for a spin, first game was with the R60- pretty stock+, stock engine, ac10, small laser, and I got river city and as you know the Citymech is king of the River urban. (wait I messed that line up).

It was nice, r***d a huginn attacking a poor wub-she with my ac 10 spamming like a WWII Flak 88mm, and then I moved into the enemy side of the lake after my team pushed in, where I obliterated a hellbringer that was under fire and not targeting me but then a certain canine took a waff of my sent, the Timberwolf popped around the corner and starting focusing on me, I used my sheer 360 torso spinning and running less slow walking and jumpjets and boom, a timberwolf is dead. I ripped its side torso out and while jumping up and down got 2-3 direct shots to it's head with my ac 10 as it struggled to hit the flying bin of doom. Now the only trash I am collecting is sweet clan c-bills out of the rubble pile once known as a timber wolf.

I can't tell you how much I love this thing and how much I want the other variants of this thing in game (side torso machine gun, gib) (hero urbie? don't mind if I do).

nah, locust, commando, and some spiders will still be cheaper or equal

Main reason it's not released for c-bills and MC is that it's only for the elite of the elite.

nah, probably russ and the others forgot they didn't release it yet for c-bills much like the centurion AH and atlas S lol .

All mechs will be released for c-bills besides special versions (P, I, R, L, F, S, G, etc) or hero mechs.

It was stated at one point that they don't know if they'll ever release the Urbanmech for C-Bills, to potentially keep it as a 'special something'.

They likely will though.
Just a matter of time.

But is the general public really ready to handle the obscene awesomeness that is urbanmech? There are far too many that has not seen the light of our lord Urbanmech, and you cannot pilot his wordly avatar unless you know his eternal love.

rumor that I just made up has it you have to be tier 0 before you're allowed to buy an urbie for c-bills.

Yeah, but you'll never be able to get to Tier 0 without the epicness that is an Urbie, so...

I've been thinking about buying an assault mastery pack. But...the UM60 is calling me...and I have the AC10 cool down unlocked already. And I love the thought of sneaking around in the Forest Colony underbrush with 360 rotation for those times when an Arctic Cheetah happens.

And I really dig the camouflage of the special variant in the collector pack.

I'm...tempted.

Well if you want to play the urbie with the true experience (aka slow), then you have to be prepared for the slow torso turn and acceleration.

But when you do get that thing 'mastered' both in game and in mind, you will be able to rip at the enemy like no tomorrow... and then he dies and you need to travel 4 minutes to the next enemy =P

I assume it is to do with graphical settings, higher you get the more you see.

I know because for awhile I was on the lowest and I didn't even see smoke fullstop.

It's an anomaly associated with the recording package. In game it's still greyscale.

The 3LL Urbie is an amazing thing.

Running it on my 63-S. Cool enough for 3 alphas before having to stop, 1 JJ, and an XL175.

Of course you shave the legs HARD, but nobody ever goes or the legs.

It's an amusing thing, carrying half a stalker in less than half the weight.
