1) can fit 5MPLs with a max engine for the wub-bie
2) CT energy mounts so zom-bie
3) can fit an ac2 and 5 MLs/5SPL with a max/near max engine (if xl- i'm using a std due to point 2 so not quite max engine for me but xl may be able to- can still break 80kph though)
4) can probably cram an ac5 and 5 SLs in too.
5) it has a siren!
6) and flashing lights
not sure if a bigger AC can be used and still use all energy hardpoints though.
unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to keep the original loadout with a bigger engine without stripping lots of armor. as the officer on duty during the battle obviously you will be a higher priority target than normal so shaving armor is a no-no for me.

look at the resistance hero leaderboard. look at the score for rank 75. all but two mechs are currently below 500 score for the event (a couple under 100).
the grinner is at 750.
K9 is over 1200.
too bad urbies are niche mechs that only a certain vocal minority wanted and are in no way popular enough to have been put into the game

You forgot that they are totally worthless garbage and incapable of being of any use on the battlefield... /sarcasm

Okay okay so maybe a couple of other mechs dropped too.
BUT URBIES ARE ON SALE! LIKE A MILLION CBILLS EACH!
If you want to join the Cult of the Urbanmech this is a great time to do it!
1) Create an alt account with a name starting with "Urban" or "Urbie"
2) Do the Academy achievements, you should now have more than enough to buy at least one Urbie and equip it well.
3) Do all 25 cadet matches with your free day of Premium time. You should now be able to kit out 3 urbies with change to spare!
4) Leftover cbills? Buy a Mauler (I recommend 1P or MX90 for Quad LB10X) while still on sale! (FYI Maulers are Urbanmechs that experimented with mech-steroids)
Now you have an FP drop deck!
At some point during the process, PM me and I'll induct you into the CotU!
Our hope is to drop full 12 man groups in FP and teach those filthy clanners to fear the Urbie! (36 of our 48 mechs will be Urbies!)
No one expects you to put money into this account, though PGI would appreciate it, consider the K9... they are fun little mechs!
Urbies! I may create Urban Armpit and join the cult...

Some times it's like the run to you and for some reason they come at you one at a time and that feels like a massacre.. Well may be not for the friendly locust that ran in front of my LB 10 X shot.
Ok, so now can have 6 hours of urbie twerking with the siren and lights.

I don't know that any of the New Tech is going to be worth it in terms of reasonably good builds, at least based on the PTS.
That said, it's never too early to speculate recklessly
Which Urbie would you put the Champion loadout on, and what would you do for it? Go ahead and use New Tech if you want
How about ... 3 LPPC poptart?
Or, LL+3isERML?
Want a ballistic? Think we can cram a UAC10 in there with enough ammo to laugh all match long?
