This is a 35 ton super locust. It is one KPH slower. Only one. Rather then an energy point it has 2 missle points and tons to use. It also jumps. If you know this is a suped up locust then you understand the audience. You may not like it but I can assure you a locust piolot in one of these is scarry.

This unit was also was made to justify the cost of updating the Ravin chasi model to include various weapons and cover some bugs. This was revealed in the patch notes.
