It's been OVER a year and the social aspects of this game are still in a fetal stage.
They would rather develop and try to sell us the next hero mech instead.

The Launch Module and the Clans must come first obviously. The Launch Module comes in May and the Clans in June so CW (planetary) would come after that. My guess is September at the earliest.
And, like all new features, it will be beta level content and we are the beta testers so it will be rough around the edges until there is enough player feedback and game metrics to tweak and finish it which will take weeks to months.
