I've wrote to administration about player, who made many posts in game-chat with racial hate messages. To proof my words i've send ingame screenshot with such posts.
Didn't get any answer. Is it normal?

Did you at least get the automated response with the ticket number? Did you check your spam mail folder?

Could you please follow this link and look of your ticket is listed there? If it is there, what is its status?

The GMs will not inform you about any sanctions they applied or if the accused even recieved one. They should send you a reply that the case is closed, when they are done with their investigation.

I've mailed at PG-GM@mwomercs.com. Don't see ticket. Maybe it is wrong mail?

Out of curiosity , and to avoid anyone else running into the problems you have , where did you see that email address?

I like this, good to see you kept up and made sure they got the information. There is no place anywhere that kind of thing. Good to see the responses and that the wrong address found. Just curious.. was that a valid address and if so was there other tickets found there?
