[Ardent Haste]

So, I go to the store, buy a clan pack. Payment processes, get a receipt, etc. Not a pre-order, but for normal in game Mechs. Problem is nothing shows up in the account. Have sent an 'email' to support, but there is no number or actual contact information. Any have a problem with getting purchased content? Did you resolve? How?

You have done the right thing by contacting support with a purchase issue. It does say that it may take up to one business day for the purchase to complete. I've also heard that they inject them once a day at 4 pst. I'm not sure on this as I've only ever done the preorder.
