Moving Bases And Turrets On River City

I was just wondering if anyone else felt that the bases in River city are too close together. They are the only map where you can stand at your base turrets and shoot the other base turrets while they pumil you with LRMs. Could a base be moved to the back of upper city where Kappa usually is? Hope I am not alone on this idea.

just take out lrm turrets on river city
