I guess I was wrong, TAG is the reason for Ghost Heat to exist!

My question is why weren't you doing that before?
I did not use LRM Mechs...i hated the restricted overview in the old Mechbay and never used more than 3 or 4 Mechs.
The new UI gave me the opportunity to setup all Mechs i have mastered and some of the builds contain LRM.
I like to have the options LRM offer and my CAT-F is pretty much an ALRM30-Brawler which is fun to play that way.

Furthermore you lose damage potential by using it, which results in lower match incomes due to less kills/damage/...
In order to compensate your lower income you might feel the need to buy premium time, which costs real currency.
When spending hard earned cash on online games you might not be able to pay the rent for your apartment with other consequences to follow.
As you can see, using TAG has a risk!
Okay, you have a point. But it is a slight one since American's have nothing but disposable income to put towards a Free To Play game.
The rest of the world, I am unsure about, but Americans are all rich.

TAG does it's job very well, but it's hardly needed to be successful with LRMs

You're missing the point. TAG is so much more than a pocket laser.
It's heat should be equivalent to one of the lasers. After talking to my grandmother I have to agree that making it comparable to an ER laser is MAYBE a bit too much... but it still needs heat. I mean JM, you have to admit that TAG is OP.

It is nothing but a spotting laser... how hot does it need to be. And No I dont even use TAG... I prefer to have another weapon. And so I say to you... No TAG is not OP. I figure you are being sarcastic, and realize I am taking the bait... I do give you credit for being silly.

This post needs a warning label, reading it nearly resulted in a fatality as I almost choked to death on my lunch laughing.
