I can't think of anything useful to say right now, but what're your specs?

Double check your display settings to see if they got reset.

Run the repair tool.

If the issue persists, contact support and they'll want your DXdiag and such to try and diagnose.

Exactly that. There's nothing else I can think of. Also, check if you have multiple Graphics cards to see which one is running/trying to run the game.

Sometimes the patcher likes to corrupt shaders and wreck your life. Thankfully there's the repair tool.

Make it a point to run the repair tool every patch or two

Seems a tad excessive, unless you are able to reinstall during times when you couldn't play which seems unlikely.

I run the repair tool when I think there might be a hint of an issue. That and I make sure to keep my overall system health good. Can't recommend CCleaner and Defraggler highly enough, along with BlackViper.com for advice on how to free up resources.

You can also delete the shaders folder. Should be in Mechwarrior Online/USER/Shaders.

This doesn't necessarily always work if the files generating the shader's have been corrupted. Which is why we have the repair tool, but you probably already knew that.
