Hi guys,
Back in the day when I played Guild Wars there was a community support role filled by Gaile Grey. She was beloved by the community and when she moved to another area the Guild Wars community organized a going away party for her. Areanet focused on generating a community in their free to play game which thrived and cared about the game. That is missing in MWO despite the efforts of several clans who try to run leagues and involve some lore. I realize that community warfare is still a ways off and we won't see it for a while but what PGI could do is seek out a community representative and allow them to resuscitate the elements that make Mechwarrior such a compelling universe and game. Making the community happier will likely make PGI more profitable and the community happier.

We had one named Garth who was part of PGI. He no longer works there.

I had forgotten about him which is sad because he was good.
I guess my point still stands though, they need another Garth.

Instead of a community support role, make a social aspect programmer.
