Hi all.

I read that you can remove windshield damage, does anyone know how?

Thanks.

You cannot, yet. Coming in the big end-of-month patch.

I haven't even seen "windshield damage." o.O; Is he just talking about the cockpit trans-plast "glass"?

Or have I been lucky enough to not get shot in the face?

I haven't seen my windshield getting damaged either.

But it would be cool if you could see cracks upon getting hit (:

I would be cool the first couple times but then most people would turn it off, if that was an option.

Having a clear line of sight so you can see your enemies getting blown to pieces is also cool.

Considering that cockpit glass stole a good 5-7 fps I can't wait to remove it as well.

Yes, after some adjustments it isn't bad.... but not at 10fps cost

Ah, I read that a user.cfg entry would remove it :)

I guess we will wait for end of month!

It didn't, it removed the entire cockpit, which is why it's now disabled.
