Server may have been compromised. Stood up and Hardened the new one as much as possible. New IP is 52.25.211.109 if your DNS has not propagated.

There were a couple hiccups with the license verification causing the server to shutdown. I think I got it sorted now since it's been up for several hours without shutting down.

You are not going to be able to ping the server. It's locked down to only what is required for TS3 - no other services, ports or protocols are open on the server. If there is ever a problem or change in the future, there should be very little downtime.
