Well right, me too!
Yet here I am, with hit registration issues and a typically 40 - 60 ms. In fact, most of the time it is between 40 - 43 ms. I screenshot almost every drop so I have a big archive of ping times.

You'd think worse pings would lead to worse registration but it doesn't seem like that for me.

also noticed the lasers doing really low damages. Got a Banshee with 5MLs, 2LPLs and an AC20 = about 60 damage.
Playing it in a match with alphaing multiple times (with the cross turning red) and constant brawling I often end up at 250-350 damage which is waaaay to low for all the hits I do.

I have never seen that happen! It would be awesome though!
Yea, it's only happened once. Same with shooting through a piece of hard terrain and getting a kill on a light I was pursuing... he went around the corner, I fired too early and hit the building, he suddenly died to me even though he was completely out of sight lol.

my personal experience would confirm that. i also got a banshee 3m, and i also tried 3 and 4 ppc builds. just don't register.
multiple erppc does register though

nobody listened when i pointed this out though!!
they keep telling me i am a newb for bringing such hot weapons, but you make the comparison... ppc vs erppc and which one actually lands on target
I've noticed it too and it's been like that for quite a while actually.... just thought it must have been my imagination since nobody ever mentioned it before.

Haha dude are you serious? You haven't paid much attention then

And also to the fellow who noticed chain fire multiple PPC's only had the crosshair register two reds - that happens all the time but MAY be a graphical bug error.

I'm excited for the SRM fix to be in the pipeline and if the rest of the weapons benefit Bonus!!
And just incase your worried about the server not hacking it, that's why we had a 12 down time, Upgraded servers!!

Not true. The server side will not change the hit reg issues. Now you will see you weapon hit but your recticle won't turn red. All they are doing is having the server tell your client that you missed (right now, your client says you hit but the server ignores it which is the point of this thread...future your server will look like you hit but recticle and server will disagree). Still hit reg is broken.

Happens when more-so in motion which suggest that Ping is the issue there. It happens to me a lot! But, that's, again, a latency issue so good latency shouldn't have that issue occur. Maybe once or twice I've no idea but on my end (and others apparently) it does happen.

Haha - and what did you learn? In my experience the only thing that latency and gaming has taught me is high = bad, low = good, and fluctuation = throw computer out window.

I learned there is a sweet spot that can be hit if you route through certain cities. Depending on your starting location, and those doing it feel it is the only way to, "Improve their game". Personally I feel that if that is true you don't have game.
