no more of this hold the button down bullshit

just a simple no/off button. i'm tired of having to

go into setting every time i change mechs

I actually like the current mechanic.

I also like it the way it is now. HOWEVER, a separate toggle key would be very welcome, so we can bind what we want.

I would like to see TAG get a similar treatment, rather than be implemented as a weapon.
