HELP: Account won't let me purchase and no contacts for fixing

So I'm traveling for work in South Korea from my home in the US and I want to buy the legendary pack. So I go to buy and it rejects it. Paypal says that it is declined by playspan (paypal doesn't have a problem with the transaction) and my credit card is rejected (they know I'm traveling and don't have a problem with it either, not the card company rejecting it but the seller).

There is no contact information for how to get my account to allow this to be fixed. I tried to have my wife who is in the states still pay with her card through my account and it was rejected as well. At this time there is no means for me to purchase the founder's pack at all. My account seems to be locked out from any payment method.

I need an avenue to get this fixed and not finding one readily posted.

Bump -- Filed a request for help with the payment company and got a canned response that didn't even come close to addressing the actual problem I'm having. I'm able to purchase other things with both my credit card and my PayPal account despite being in Korea, so the issue is not with either my credit cards or my PayPal account. Still looking for some resolution or assistance here!

I am having the same problem and I am here in the US. Has your issue been resolved?
