Congratulations to VoodooLou who has been promoted to the position of Mentor.

He will be assisting newer players to the MWO community and the Dark Born unit with the delivery of the unit's Orientation program. This then helping more recent players to MWO with a number of useful concepts and skill sets that will help them with both piloting considerations aswell as the understanding of communications, tactics and teamwork beneficial as a member of the Dark Born.

Thanks Boss! BTW is the Cat-O-Nine tails made of 10 gauge wire really necessary? Not that I object I just think the application of it by a Buxom Female with a Sultry voice might have more of a lasting impact.

I think that would have to be conisdered for much more advanced classes as part of workshops for specific pilot training needs.

Also I think there is a baseball bat with nails in it as an alternative "incentivisor" somewhere, and best not forgetting you can use the special training uniforms with the sewn in barb wire to assist with some corrective piloting techniques.

Don't forget the special Neurohelmet assemblies that provide instant shocking effect to recalcitrant pilots this helps with motivation and trains them a little likes dogs. I know but the scientists that have joined us said that it really only works on Freebirth pilots, since they are akin to animals anyway. I think that it's a little racist to refer to Freebirths this way, but what do I know.

Having recently returned from a "Shopping Spree" I am happy to announce that we have plenty of the latest Front Line Mechs Pre-Salvaged from the Mech Factories with a paper trail that leads back to the Grand Council. We are noticing that it is getting more inconvenient to get Inner Sphere mechs and parts for them, which will cut into our Black Market profits on Garrisoned Planets. I wonder if there is any information in regards to The Anni-Sorb'd Clans undiscovered production facilities that we can obtain from 331st, further investigation by Sniffer requested.

There may be the need to look into some of the Brian Cache depositories.

Alternatively we could scavange various parts from the current Council operations in wake of their Operation Revival.

I'll have to give it some thought which might offer the best returns here.
