how do we not have this yet. a general chat where everyone online can shoot the sh*t about what ever btech/mwo related or not. why are there not different channels of chat a help one would be great for helping new guys out or what ever.

PGI figures those that want to chat about the game or with others from the game can form their own chatroom with 3rd party software. You know, like every other social function.
