You lack any punch on your own, which is a real problem. If you want to run NARC/TAG, run one of them, but not both
This is how I run NARC:

This is how I run TAG:

or

If you take your offensive options away from yourself, you won't get as much money and you won't be able to get that 11th hour kill that your team needs to win.
EDIT: To more directly go into your build, a single lrm5 is not threatening at all, and you'll never run out of ammo with those 2 tons, but you'll never do appreciable damage, especially if anyone has ams. Cutting leg armor in a raven is asking for an early grave. BAP isn't as good if you already have ecm to counter an enemy ecm, so dropping it will free up 1.5 tons.
I hope this is helpful.

Seeing as to how you are billing it as a scout/support mech it looks like it does that exactly. The problem being as solar levitas said is that you will be unable to deal much damage.
Another problem I see is that the LRM 5 will give away your position if the enemy sees some missles flying from a hill at them. If you are trying to stay hidden to feed the team the enemy position you may want to consider different weapons. Also any fast light that gets within 180 meters will most likely destroy you.
Here is my build below with a NARC TAG BAP and ECM.

No long range weapons on this build but you can deal a small bit of damage to any enemies that come close quarters with you.
Edit: Another thing to mention is your lack of armor. You really need to have at least a lot of leg armor in lights especially ravens. They have fairly large legs that almost always get torn off by the enemy. Something to consider should you choose to keep your build as is is to move the tag to your torso so you can take the right arm armor and put it into other places on your mech.
Also swap the NARC and LRM5. The left arm missle tube is specifically for NARC which is why it is only one missle tube.
