I've been getting a whole $hit load of unknown failure messages. I've been at the computer for 5 hours now, and i've only played 7 rounds, literally. The rest of the time is spent trying to log in and connect. I've gotten insane ping spikes 3000ish.
Submitted tickets to support multiple times, provided them with the relevant files etc. and this shit still goes on. If i can play all my other online games (FIFA 14, Titanfall, Dota 2 etc.) without so much as a hiccup, why in the bloody hell is this game so problematic?
After submitting all those tickets and those guys do jack. Anyone else has this issue?

Myself and my housemate have both been getting this for a couple of weeks now, support staff from PGI have been useless and have only sent stock responses to my housemate's tickets (I haven't even bothered to submit one, I've been on that particular roundabout before).
