Just wondering if Premium Time will work in conjunction with rewards we may/may not get while playing, or are they set amounts?

Acheivements are a fixed amount. Premium time will not amplify them.

Only aspect of premium time that assist with achievements is the 50% boost in C-Bills earned, which will help get the C-Bill earning achievements like A Fistful of C-Bills faster.
